TROUBLESHOOTING
Your Washer Dryer is equipped with a built-in fault detection system, indicated by a combination
of flashing wash operation lights. The most common failure codes are shown below. If your
machine displays a code not shown, or if the problem persists after you have taken corrective
action, consult the Servis helpdesk.

The door is not shut properly
Shut the door properly so that
you hear the click

The water level in your
machine may be low, or the
water pressure may be low
Check that the cold water tap
is fully turned on
E03
The pump has failed, or the
pump filter is obstructed
Clean the pump filter (refer to

E04
There is an excessive amount
of water in your Washer
Dryer
Your Washer Dryer will
automatically drain the
water, turn your Washer
Dryer off, unplug and contact
the Servis helpdesk
