Send in for repair
Consult the
SEW-EURODRIVE electronics service if an error cannot be rectified
(

"Customer and spare parts service").
When contacting SEW electronics service, always quote the digits on the status label so
that our service personnel can assist you more effectively.
Provide the following information when sending the unit in for repair:
• Serial number (
→
nameplate)
• Type designation
• Digits on the status label
• Short description of application (drive application, control via terminals or serial)
• Connected components (inverter, etc.)
• Nature of the fault
• Accompanying circumstances
• Your own presumptions as to what has happened
• Any unusual events preceding the problem, etc.

MDR60A regenerative power supply units have a service label attached
to them; the label is located at the side of the unit.

MDR61B regenerative power supply units have a service label attached
to them; the label is located on the upper front cover.
