Flat design
The flat-design resistors have IP54 enclosure and are equipped with internal thermal
overload protection (cannot be replaced). Depending on their type, you can install the
resistors as follows:
• With support rail mounting FHS or submounting FKB under the heat sink. Sub-
mounted braking resistors do not reach the specified CDF power. The FHS and FKB
options are only suitable for the BW027-003 and BW072-003 braking resistors.
• Attach to a mounting rail using a BS touch guard.
