Data transmission
The
GSM Logger
is fitted with a module that provides data
transmission across the digital GSM mobile phone network. The
GSM module transmits measurement data acquired and buffered
by the
GSM Logger
at predefined intervals (e.g. once per day)
by means of an SMS This is converted to an e-mail by an SMS
e-mail gateway.
Requirements:
E-mail connection
Advantages:
Computer does not have to be switched
on permanently.
