DIE GRINDER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Lubricate the tool before operating. 

Remove the collet fixing cap (Part #30) counterclockwise by hand or by 

wrench while holding the other wrench on the flats of the collet base 

(Part #25). (See Figure 1)

Insert a grinding accessory / grinding stone into the collet hole (Figure 2) 

Re-install the collet fixing cap in clockwise direction by wrench while hold-

ing the other wrench on the flats of the collet base. 

Make sure the collet fixing cap is securely tightened. (See Figure 3) 

Only use grinding accessories that have an RPM rating equal to or greater 

than the tool itself.

Remove the air cap from the tool air inlet and connect the air supply hose 

to the tool. Set the air pressure at 90 PSI. (See Figure 4)

Push forward the throttle lever lock and press down on the throttle lever. 

How far the throttle lever is pressed determines the tool rotation speed.
