SUKING COOLING AIR
WARNING
• After stopping the engine, do not touch with your bare
hands cylinders, shock or spark plugs. The engine can operate
at very warm. Touching could result in serious burns.
• When checking the condition of the equipment before use,
inspect the area around the muffler, remove any wood chips or
leaves that may stick to the brush. Otherwise, the silencer may
overheat and can cause a fire engine. Before using the device,
always make sure that the damper is clean and free from wood
shavings, leaves or other debris.
• Check air intake and cooling air area around the cylinder
cooling fins after every 25 hours of operation that are not
blocked. Remove any debris stuck to the brush. Keep in mind
that you are able to check the status of the upper part of the
cylinder, it is necessary to remove the top cover of the engine.
IMPORTANT
• Debris is stuck and causes blockage around the area of the
intake opening of the cooling air or the cooling fins of the
cylinder. This can cause the engine to overheat and ultimately
damage the mechanical parts of the brush.
PROCEDURES PERFORMED AFTER EVERY 100 HOURS
OF USE
1. Remove the muffler, insert a screwdriver into the slots and
clean the deposited carbon. Simultaneously remove carbon deposits from the air vents and exhaust
damper cylinder hole.
2. Tighten all screws, nuts and fittings.
3. Looking at check points between the clutch lining and drum leaks oil or petroleum jelly, and that may
not be wiped using unleaded petrol, or gasoline without oil.
