Entering and Using Programs
If you frequently perform the same operation involving the same party, you can
program all the steps of the operation into one Program Key. This allows you to
perform the operation by simply pressing that key.

Any Rapid Key which is not already programmed as a Rapid Key or a
Group Key can be used as a Program Key.

You can include a timer setting in the program to have the operation
performed automatically at a selected time.

To clear a mistake in the procedures that follow, press

Initial procedure
To program a Program Key, first perform the following procedure. After you
have completed this procedure, go to the procedure for the specific operation
you want to program (see the following pages).

Rapid Key that has not yet been
programmed.

Enter a name for the program by pressing the letter entry keys (see Step
5 on page 25). (Maximum of 20 characters.)
