DIREC TLY PRINTIN G A FILE IN USB M EMORY
Overview
Files in a USB memory device connected to the machine are printed from the operation
panel of the machine without using the printer driver.
When the printer driver of the machine is not installed on your PC, you can copy a file
into a commercially available USB memory device and connect the device to the
machine to print the file directly.
Operation
C onnect the US B memory device to the machine and tap the [Document
Filing] key.
Tap the [Select File f rom USB Mem ory t o Print] key on the action panel.
Tap the key of the file that you wi sh to print, and tap the [Choose Print
Settings] key on the action panel.
When printing multiple files, tap the keys of the files you wish to print, and
tap the [Print] key on the action panel.
The
icon appears to the left of keys of files that can be printed.
