Overview
This method enables users to log in using a login name and password received from the
administrator of the machine or the administrator of the LDAP server.
When starting the machine, the login screen appears.
When controlled by login nam e and password

If "A Warn ing wh en Login F ails" is en able d in the s yste m se ttings, th e ope ration pan el will
be loc ke d for five min ute s if an in co rre c t login name or password is e nte re d th re e time s in
a row .

To re lease th e operation pane l loc k:
In "S etting mode (We b ve rs ion)" , sele c t [Us er Con trol] → [De fau lt S etting s] to
re lease the loc k.
To se t [A Warn ing wh en Login Fails]:
In "S etting mode ", se le c t [Us e r Con trol] → [De fault Setting s] → [A W arn in g
