Troubleshooting
The problems described below are not always caused by malfunctions. Check the TV again before having
the TV serviced.

CLEARING THE PASSWORD
If you forget the password, clear the password using the following procedure.

From the HOME screen, select “Settings” > “Device Preferences” > “Reset”, and then press
ENTER
.

When you perform a reset, the TV will be returned to the factory preset values, and you need to set
the password again.
NOTE

As a precautionary measure, make a note of your password, and keep it in a safe place.

Follow the steps below one by one when using the TV for the

rst time. Some steps may not be necessary
depending on your TV installation and connection.

Connect an antenna cable to the antenna terminal.
Plug the AC cord into the AC outlet.
Bundle the cables into
cable tie.

completely to release.

reach.
