Before Using the Handset

Refer to user's guide of AC Adapter 07.

AC Adapter 07 covers from 100 to 240V AC.
z
The shape of the plug for the AC adapter is for 100V AC (for
domestic use). To use the AC adapter of 100 to 240V AC
overseas, a conversion plug adapter applicable to your country
of stay is required. Do not use a voltage converter for overseas
travel to charge the battery.
z
Note that inserting or removing the equipment forcibly may
cause damage to the USB Type-C connection jack and the
Type-C plug or result in a malfunction.
Charging with DC adapter
DC Adapter 05 (sold separately) supplies the power for
charging from a car accessory socket (12 and 24V).
USB cable A to C 01 (sold separately) is required to use DC
Adapter 05. For details, refer to user's guide of DC Adapter 05
and USB cable A to C 01.

The DC adapter should only be used in negative grounded
vehicles (12 and 24V DC).
z
Do not use with the car engine shut off. May drain the car
battery.
z
The DC adapter fuse is a consumable product. For
replacement, purchase a new fuse at a nearest auto parts
retailer, etc.
Charging with wireless charger
When charging the battery with Wireless Charger 04 (sold
separately), refer to the instruction manual supplied with the
product.

Products with the
Q
symbol conform to the wireless charging
standard developed by Wireless Power Consortium (WPC).
Cautions while wirelessly charging
z
Align the wireless charge position of the handset with the
position on the wireless charger when charging. For details on
the wireless charge position
z
If a cover (commercially available), etc. is attached to the
handset, remove it before charging.
z
Set the handset to not vibrate during charging in the settings,
etc. If the handset moves due to vibration, charging may not
complete or the handset may fall.
z
If noise from a TV or radio can be heard during charging, charge
the handset in a location far away from the TV or radio.
z
If there is another wireless charging compatible device nearby,
move the wireless charger at least 30 cm away from it. Charging
may not be possible due to the handset not being detected
properly.
z
The reception state of calls, data communications, and TV
signals may be poor during charging.
z
Take care that a foreign object containing metal does not get
between the handset and wireless charger. The foreign object
may generate heat.
