Calculations using the OPE menu functions
1 sortA(
sortA(
list name)
Sorts lists in ascending order.
Example
• Store list {2, 7, 4} in L1, and sort L1
in ascending order.
2 sortD(
sortD(
list name)
Sorts lists in descending order.
Example
• Sort the above list L1 in descending
order.
Note:
sortA(
list name 1, subordinate list name 1,...)
If two or more lists are entered separated by commas, a sort is
performed on the first list as a key, and the following lists are
sorted in the order corresponding to the elements in first list (key
list).
Example
• Store lists {2, 7, 4} and {
-
3,
-
4,
-
1} in
L1 and L2 respectively, and sort L1
and L2 in ascending order using list
L1 as a key list.
