When you enter or scan an unde

ned code, you are required to enter its unit price and the associated

department. The code, associated department and unit price entered are stored in the EAN

fi

le and used for

future EAN sales entries.

NOTE

• When there is no capacity remained in the

fi

le, the data is not stored in the

fi

le.

• For the text for the EAN code, the text of its associated department is applied.
• You can use the EAN learning function in the training mode. This may be convenient to build up

the programming data of EANs by the scanning system.
