When the Select Component to Install screen appears, select the
Sharp Multifunction Interface Install button. Follow the
instructions on the screen.

The Multifunction Interface files will be copied to the directory
C:\Sharp. If needed, you can specify a different directory during
the installation process.

When installation has been completed, restart your computer.
Note: To install another of the software components, click Start and
Run, enter E:\setup.exe (where "E" is your CD-ROM drive), and then
click OK.
Note for Windows 98:
If you find that the Printer Manager and Colour MFP Printer Driver
Uninstall icons do not appear in the Colour Multifunction Interface
program group, you can add them by following these steps:
1. Click the Windows 98 Start button, point to Settings, and select
Printers.
2. In the Printers window, right-click the Colour MFP icon.
3. Select Start Printer Manager from the menu that appears. This will
create the icons.
4. Close Printer Manager.
Installing the software when the New Hardware Found box
doesn’t appear:
If you find that the New Hardware Found box doesn’t appear the first
time you run Windows 95 or 98 after connecting the Sharp Colour
MFP, following these steps to install the Sharp Colour Multifunction
Interface software:
1.
Click the Windows Start button, point to Settings, and select Printers.
2.
Double click Add Printer.
3.
When asked to select the manufacturer and model of your printer,
select Have Disk.
4.
Insert the Sharp Colour Multifunction Interface CD into your
CD-ROM.
