Software Setup
Fax Number
Enter your fax number and area code to a
maximum of 32 characters. If this field is
left blank, the Fax Number heading on the
cover page will be omitted.
E-mail Address
Enter your complete e-mail address in this
field. If this field is left blank, the E-mail
Address heading on the cover page will be
omitted.
Text
Enter any standard text you want printed on
your fax cover page. This text will be
standard on each cover page and in addition
to any text you include in the message field
of your Fax/Image E-mail screen. You can
enter up to a maximum of three lines of text
for your standard cover page message.
Press Enter to start a new line. (Note:
When you press the Enter key, a new line
is created even though no characters are
visible. If the Enter key does not create a
new line it is because a line already
exists...use the Up and Down arrow keys
to access this line.)
Custom Cover Page
If you want to use an .ALA file as a
Custom Cover Page, check this box and and
select the Browse button to navigate to the
custom cover page you wish to use. The
filename field will display the path to your
selected file. (See Creating a Custom
Cover Page for more details.)
