Software Setup
Select Automatically Print Received Faxes to have your incom-
ing faxes automatically printed at the time they are received. The
faxes will still be saved in your Inbox.
Select Receive faxes in Microsoft Exchange/Outlook to have
your faxes received in a unified inbox along with e-mail mes-
sages. If your mail package is not Microsoft Exchange/
Outlook, your faxes will be received in the Sharp Message
Center Inbox and may be accessed by clicking the Fax Man-
ager icon at the bottom right of your task bar. For additional

Select Enable Fax Receive when Windows starts so that your
system will automatically receive faxes each time Windows is
loaded.
Fax Send Settings
You can schedule fax delivery to take advantage of lower
telephone rates. Simply set the parameters in the Night
Delivery Time group by setting the From and To times. Your
fax will be queued with a pending status until the scheduled
Night Delivery Time.
If you are sending a large number of faxes, you can direct your
device to pause between each transmission to enable you to
receive any incoming faxes. When an outgoing fax has been
completed, your system will pause before the next outgoing fax
is processed to enable a fax to be received.
To set the amount of time between outgoing faxes, enter the
number of seconds that you would like to pause in the Pause
Between Faxes to Enable Receive field. The maximum pause is
300 seconds.
Select the Apply button for the changes to your fax settings to take
effect.
