Fax/Image E-mail application
The Fax/Image-Email Screen
Sending Faxes
From the Fax/Image E-mail application, you can send single or multi-
page fax messages to stand-alone fax machines and to personal
computers with fax-receive capabilities.
To quickly address a fax, the user can type the fax number directly into
the To: field of the Fax/Image E-mail application. The device will dial
all numbers as they are entered in the To: line (example 555-2222 or 406-
555-2222). If a fax cover page is sent, the To: line of the cover page will
display the fax number. The user may also choose to address a fax in
the following format: Name@fax number for example: Jennifer
Smith@406-555-1234. The device will dial all the numbers as they are
entered following the @ symbol.)
You may also address the fax using the fax information contained within
your Colour Multifunction Interface Address Book. If you do access your
Address Book, remember that to send your document as a fax, the Default
Send Address for your recipient must be a fax number.
To select fax recipients directly from your Address Book:
Click To: on the Fax/Image E-mail screen. If your current mail profile
does not include your Sharp Colour Multifunction Interface Address
