Fax ID of the sending fax machine;
Number of pages received;
Status of the facsimile.
The following status messages are displayed:
Complete - the fax was received successfully and is not yet
viewed, printed or saved.
Incomplete - the entire fax was not received and is not yet
viewed, printed or saved.
Recovered - The log information for the facsimile has been
entered incorrectly. (This is usually due to an error while
receiving a fax). The system has automatically rebuilt the log
entry. Information in the Activity Log may be incomplete.
The facsimile may be incomplete.
Viewed - the facsimile has been viewed but not printed or
saved.
Printed - the facsimile was printed but not saved.
Saved - the facsimile has been saved.
Printing a Fax
To ensure that your entire fax will print the Inbox automatically sizes
received faxes to print on the paper in your printer. If the transmitted
fax is too long, it is divided into multiple pages, each with a maximum
length of 14 inches.
Select Print from the File menu or click on the Print button on the
Toolbar.
Select Print Setup from the drop down list. The Windows Printer
Setup dialog box will appear.
Choose the printer you want to use for printing your faxes or logs.
Make adjustments to Paper Size, Paper Source or Orientation.
The orientation setting will be ignored when printing faxes.
Select the OK pushbutton and the Inbox Print dialog box appears.
