Sharp Message Center
To pause your Inbox:
From the Inbox window select, Pause Inbox from either the
File menu bar or from the Message Center System menu or
select the Pause Inbox check box on the Toolbar. Your Inbox
will no longer be capable of receiving facsimiles.
To resume your Inbox:
From the Inbox window select, Pause Inbox again from the
File menu bar or from the Message Center System menu; or
deselect the Pause Inbox check box on the Toolbar. Your
Inbox will now be capable of receiving faxes.
(Note: If the Message Center is minimized to an icon and
your Inbox is paused, the Fax Manager icon will blink.)
Inbox Activity Log
The Message Center automatically maintains a record of every fax
received in the Inbox Activity Log window. The Activity Log is
updated each time a fax is received. The log displays the date and
time the fax was received, who the fax is from, the number of pages
it contains and the status of the fax. You can only close the Inbox
Activity Log by exiting the Message Center application. Exiting the
Message Center will disrupt all fax traffic.
Viewing the Inbox Activity Log
To view the Inbox Activity Log window, click any place in the
Inbox Activity Log window within the Message Center to make it
the active window. If the Inbox Activity Log is minimized to an icon
within the Message Center window, double click on the icon to
activate the window. You may also select Window from the Mes-
sage Center menu bar and click on Inbox Activity Log. The activity
log will become the active window in the Message Center.

The Inbox Activity Log window displays the following informa-
tion about faxes that you have received:

time
that the fax was received;
