The facsimile identification of the sending fax machine (if it was
transmitted);
The number of pages received;
The status of the facsimile:
Complete
- the fax was received successfully and is not yet
printed.
Incomplete
- the entire fax was not received (this is usually the
result of a fax transmission error).
Recovered -
the log information for the facsimile has been
entered incorrectly. (This is usually due to an error while
receiving a fax). The system has automatically rebuilt the log
entry. Information in the Log may be incomplete. The facsimile
may be incomplete.
Viewed -
The fax been viewed but not printed or saved. This
status is only shown if the fax was completely received.
Printed
- The fax was printed but not saved. This status is only
shown if the fax was completely received.
Saved -
The fax has been saved. This status is only shown if
the fax was completely received.
Printing Your Inbox Log
To print your log, select Print from the File menu or the Print
button on the Toolbar.
Saving the Inbox Activity Log as a File
You can save your Inbox Fax Log as a text (“.TXT”) file. The
file is saved with commas between fields and a hard return
between each record for easy processing by spreadsheet and
database programs.
To save a log file choose one of the following methods:
From the menu bar select File, SaveAs;
Click the Save As button on the toolbar in the Inbox Activity
Log window;
