change the delivery schedule select or deselect the Night
Delivery option.
To resend several undelivered faxes to their original number without
rescheduling them:
Select the undelivered facsimiles you want to resend and choose
one of the options outlined above.
To resend all the canceled facsimiles in your Outbox to their original
number without rescheduling them, select File Resend All or select
the Resend All button on the Toolbar.
Maintaining the Outbox Queue
The Outbox window displays a queue of the current status of all
unsent facsimiles and print jobs. Facsimiles are removed from the
queue when they have been successfully sent or deleted by the
originating user.
The queue displays the following:
The sending application and file name. (Note: If the fax is
created by Send From Fax or Address Book: Send Cover
Page Fax, the file field will display the date and time.)
The destination’s facsimile number. (Note: A print job will
state "Printer")
The number of pages in the facsimile.
The status of the facsimile.
The following status messages are displayed:
Queued - The fax is queued, but needs more processing before
it moves to Pending.
Sending - The fax is currently being sent.
Pending - The fax is in the queue, waiting to be sent and the
specified number of retries have not been attempted.
Pending-night - The fax is in the queue, scheduled for night
