Saving an Outbox Activity Log as a File
You can save your Outbox Activity Log as a text (“.TXT”) file.
The file is saved with commas between fields and a hard return
between each record for easy processing by spreadsheet and
database programs. To save a log file, follow the steps listed
below:
From the File menu, select Save As, select the Save As
button on the Toolbar, or from a right click popup menu.
The Save as dialog box will appear.
Navigate through your directory structure to select the drive
and directory where the file will be stored.
Select Text in the Save File as Type box.
Click on the OK button.
Deleting entries from the Activity Log
To delete selected entries from the Outbox Activity Log:
Select the entries you want to delete.
Select the Delete from the File menu or right click popup menu,
and click on Selected, or select the Delete button on the
Toolbar.
To delete all the entries in the Outbox Activity Log:
Select the Delete from the File menu or right click popup menu,
and click on All.
Monitoring Fax Transmissions
The Status Log monitors, displays and logs the progress of all fax
transmissions since it was last activated. The log is displayed in
Status Log window of the Message Center. This information is
often useful if a problem is encountered in successfully receiving a
fax.
The following status messages are displayed for the Inbox:
