Address Book
List members. The Default Send Address is the primary send location
(for a fax number or an e-mail account) for each person in your
Address Book. The Fax/Image E-mail application will automatically
use this address when sending faxes and e-mail messages. The
Default Send Address is the address used for sending faxes and e-mail
messages to members of a Distribution List.
To change the Default Send Address in the Address Book:
Select the Person Tab and go to the Default Send Address field.
Click the drop down list and choose another fax number or an E-mail
account.
This new selection will now be used as the Default Send Address.
For additional informaton refer to the on-line help files within your
Address Book application.
Table Maintenance
You may remove unused items listed in the following tables or edit an
item in one of these lists. If for example, a Prefix is misspelled such as
“Revarand” instead of “Reverend”, or if a record(s) is deleted, you may
want to delete the associated Zip Code(s).

Zip/Postal Code (ZipCodeList)
*Note: The Phone, Fax, and E-mail information are set up on their
respective tabs. Once this information is established, you may Dial,
Fax, or E-mail directly from the Person tab. To do so, simply select
the appropriate number/address from the drop down list and click
the corresponding button. If a Phone, Fax or E-mail number/address
has not been established, the respective buttons will not be active.

The Address Tab enables you to enter or edit address information
for a new or selected entry. You may enter both Business and Home
