Address Book
addresses for each record on this tab.
To enter an address for a new record:
Select the Address Tab on the Address Book
For a new record, select the
icon on the Address Book
toolbar. To edit an existing record, highlight the record from the
left side of your Address Book, using the scroll bars or selecting
the first letter of the person's last name from the alpha index.
Select either Business or Home from the Address field drop
down list.
Complete all of the fields on this tab, selecting from the drop
down lists where applicable.
(Note: A second address may be added by selecting a different
address type (i.e. Business, Home) from the Address drop down
list. Complete the fields as described above.)
For additional informaton refer to the on-line help files within your
Address Book application.
Phone/Fax Tab
Select the Phone/Fax tab along the side of your Address Book to
establish your phone and fax numbers or to edit existing numbers for
Address Book records. You may include several different phone
numbers for each Address Book entry by selecting from the various
choices in the drop down menus of both the Phone and Fax groups.
Available phone number choices include: Business Phone; Business
Other; Home Phone; Home Other; Mobile; and Pager. Available
fax number choices include: Home and Business.
Entering a phone or fax number:
From the left page of the Address Book, highlight the record you
want to add Phone/Fax information to. If you are entering a
new record, select the New Record
icon on the Address
Book toolbar.
