Address Book
Copying Notes
To copy a note for a selected Address Book record:
Select the Notes tab.
Highlight the Address Book entry corresponding to the note
you want to copy.
Select the note you want to copy from the list appearing on
the right side of the Notes tab.
Select the Copy Note
icon on the Notes toolbar and your
copied note will appear in the notes list.
Finding Notes
To find an Address Book entry:
Select the Notes tab.
Select the Find Note
button on the Notes toolbar and the
Find Note dialog box opens.
In the Find this field, enter any information that you may
have entered in the note for this Address Book entry.
From the In this column drop down list, select the criteria
that you want to base your search on...i.e. the Date,
Subject or Text column of the Notes list.
