Address Book
In the Match Group, select Partial Match or Exact Match.
In the Start From group, select New Search to initiate a
new search. (The Last Results option will search only the
results of the most recent Find operation.)
Select the Find now button to begin your search. (The
results of the Find operation are displayed in the Notes list.)
Select the Close button to exit the Find Note dialog box and
review your search results.
Sorting Notes
To sort your notes for an Address Book record:
Select the Notes tab.
From the Address Book record list on the left page of the
tab, highlight the entry to view the corresponding notes.
On the right side of the Notes tab, click on the Date or
Subject column heading of the Notes list, and your list will
be sorted chronologically by date or alphabetically by sub-
ject. (Notes may not be sorted on the Text column.)
Deleting Notes
To delete a note for a selected Address Book record:
Select the Notes tab.
Highlight the Address Book record corresponding to the
note you want to remove.
Select the note you want to delete from the list appearing on
the right side of the Notes tab.
Select the Delete Note icon
from the Notes toolbar and
your note will be deleted.
