Address Book
From the List Name drop down menu, select the list you want to
use.
On the left side of the Address Book, highlight the record you
want to add to the specified list.
Click the Add Member
icon from the Lists toolbar and the
entry will appear in the List Members grid.
Copying Lists
Select the List tab of your Address Book.
Highlight the List that you want to copy from the List Name drop
down list.
Click on the Copy List
icon from the Lists toolbar to copy
your list.
Sorting List Members
Select the Lists tab in your Address Book.
Highlight the list you want to sort from the List Name drop down
menu on the right page.
The members of the selected list will be displayed.
Click on the column heading you want to sort by, and your list
will be sorted alphabetically according to that heading.
Removing selected members from Distribution Lists
Select the Lists tab from your Address Book
From the List Name drop down menu, select the List you want to
use.
Highlight the individual list member you want to delete.
Select the Remove Member
icon from the Lists toolbar and
that single list member will be permanently removed from the
list.
