Copying and Pasting Address Book Entries
Address Book entries can be copied to the Windows Clipboard and
then pasted directly into any Windows application, eliminating the
necessity of retyping an address.
Select the Home
icon on the Address Book toolbar to copy the
person's name and Home Address for a record to the Windows
Clipboard; select the Business
icon to copy the person's name
and Business Address for a record to the Clipboard.
Using standard Windows menu commands from within your
Windows application, you may paste the entire home or business
address into that application.
To copy and paste information from an Address Book field to the
Windows Clipboard:
Highlight the record in your Address Book list from the left side
of the Address Book.
Select the Edit menu and click Copy or click your right mouse
button and select Copy from the pop-up menu. (The information
contained in that field is now available on the Windows Clipboard
to be pasted into another Windows application using standard
Windows commands.)
You may also paste the copied information into another Address
Book field. Select the Edit menu and click Paste or click your
right mouse button and select Paste from the pop-up menu.
