*Phone Field - single field contains Country Code, Area Code
and Phone Number. Imports in its entirety to the Business Phone
Number field of the Colour Multifunction Interface Address
Book.
*Fax Field - single field contains Country Code, Area Code and
Fax Number. Imports in its entirety to the Business Fax Number
field of the Colour Multifunction Interface Address Book.
Import of Text Delimited Address Book Data
This function provides the capability of a user defined field map of
data fields from one file type to another. The CMFI Address Book
data fields will be provided as a drop down combo box on the right
side of the interface to allow the user to select the desired map.
Export of Text Delimited Address Book Data
This function provides the capability of a user defined field map of data
fields from one file type to another. The CMFI Address Book data
fields will be provided on the left side of the interface and the exported
field data to the right. A default map of the fields will be initially shown.
Using a Password
You may want to use a password to access your Colour Multifunction
Interface Address Book. To add or change a password, select Tools
from the menu bar and select Change Password... The Address Book
Change Password dialog box appears.
