Address Book Upgrades
The To Do Scheduler capability is only available as an upgrade to your
current Address Book application. Complete instructional information
for this upgrade feature is described below, however this feature is not
part of the base Multifunction Interface Software. For more informa-
tion about obtaining this upgrade, select the Purchase Upgrades
command from the Address Book Help menu.
To Do Scheduler Upgrade
The To Do Scheduler feature enables you to organize your schedule
via the use of “To Do alarms” as task reminders. To Do schedules
are created for selected entries in your Address Book. To show the
To Do schedule for a specific entry, highlight the entry on the left
page of your Address Book, and click the radio button next to the
entry name in the Show To Do List for group on the right side of the
To Do tab. All To Do items for the selected entry will be displayed
in the To Do list.
To view the To Do list for all entries in your Address Book, select
the All button in the Show To Do List for group. To Do tasks for all
entries in your Address Book will be displayed in the To Do list.
You specify the criteria for which you are notified, either hourly,
daily, monthly, annually or just one time. These parameters are
established in the To Do Add dialog box for new entries or in the To
Do Edit dialog box for existing items.
Adding ToDo Items
To add items to your ToDo list, select the ToDo tab on the Address
Book and highlight the Address Book record that will correspond to the
To Do task you are creating.
In the “Show ToDo Records for” group, select the radio button that
