To select multiple, noncontiguous thumbnails:
Select the first thumbnail and while holding down the Ctrl
key, click on each additional thumbnail.
To remove a thumbnail from the selection list, hold down the
Ctrl key, then click on the thumbnail.
To select contiguous thumbnails:
Click on the first thumbnail you want to select, and while
holding down the Shift key, click on the last thumbnail you
want to select. All thumbnails in between will be selected.
To remove a thumbnail from the selection list, hold down the
Ctrl key, then click on the thumbnail.
Click and hold down on the mouse button on one of the selected
thumbnails in the active image until the cursor turns into the
Drag cursor.
To insert the selected page(s) in front of a thumbnail, drag the
cursor over that thumbnail.
Release the mouse button when the drag cursor changes to the
Drop cursor.
Thumbnail properties
The size and alignment of the thumbnails can be changed as desired
to make working with them more convenient.
To change the size or arrangement of how the thumbnails are
displayed:
From the View menu, select Properties.
Select the Thumbnails tab.
Select the size that you want your thumbnails to be from the
Size group. The smaller the thumbnails, the more thumbnails
will be displayed. The larger the thumbnails the more detail
will be shown. Small is approximately ½”, medium is twice
as large as small, or 1”, and large is twice as large as
