Select how your thumbnails will be displayed from the Align
Thumbnails group.
Select Column to display your thumbnails in vertical col-
umns. The second page will be displayed underneath the first
page, etc. until the quantity specified in the Number of
thumbnails in a column field are displayed. The next
thumbnail will begin the second column.
Select Rows to display your thumbnails in horizontal rows.
The second page will be after the first page, etc. until the
quantity specified in the Number of thumbnails in a row
field are displayed. The next thumbnail will begin the second
row.
Enter the quantity of thumbnails that you want to display in a
row or column in the Number of thumbnails in a [column
or row] field.
Select Apply for the changes to take effect and Close to exit
the Properties dialog box.
Viewing Functions
Using Viewer puts you in command of your images and documents.
You can perform many functions and set personal preferences to
make viewing documents and images more convenient. The follow-
ing sections describe how you can change the display size, show
thumbnails to perform various functions, rotate images, and change
pages in multi-page documents.
Changing the display size of the viewed image
There are several commands that change the display size of the
image or page that you are viewing. The following commands are
accessed from either the View menu or the Standard Toolbar. To
change the display size, click on the option of your choice.
Page
- displays the page at a dot for dot resolution
