so that the entire area is displayed in the window.
Fit Width enlarges or reduces the image or selected area so
that the entire width of the image is displayed in the window.
Rotating images
Viewer enables the user to rotate images in increments of 90º or
180º. This is useful if you’ve accidentally scanned an image upside
down, or received a fax in the wrong orientation. You can rotate the
active image from the Standard Toolbar, from the View menu or
by clicking the right mouse button and selecting Rotate from the pop-
up menu.
To rotate the view of the current page:
You may rotate the view or your displayed image by selecting
the View menu and selecting the Rotate option or right click on
the image and select Rotate from the pop-up menu. Select the
cascading menu to make your rotation choices:
Select Rotate 90 to rotate the currently displayed page 90
degrees clockwise. You may also select the Rotate 90
button on the Standard Toolbar.
Select Rotate 180 to rotate the currently displayed page 180
degrees clockwise. You may also select the Rotate 180
button on the Standard Toolbar.
Select Rotate 270 to rotate the currently displayed page 270
degrees clockwise. No Standard Toolbar button is avail-
able for this selection.
The currently displayed page will be rotated the amount specified.
(Note: When you rotate the image it may become wider than the
printable area of the printer. As a result, some of the informa-
tion may be cropped when printing or faxing. You can have
Viewer automatically rotate the image so that it is printed or
faxed in the correct orientation, or you can have Viewer auto-
