secutive pages can only be printed from the thumbnail view.
If you print using the drag and drop method you will not be provided
with any print options. The current print options will be used.
To print using the File menu command:
From the File menu, choose Print.
Select All to print the entire file or select Pages from the Print
Range group to print a selected range.
Enter the number of copies that you want printed in the Copies
field.
If you want to change your printer make your new selection
from the drop down list.
Select the OK pushbutton.
To print the entire file using the drag and drop method:
If you need to change your Printer Setup, do it now.
In the Page view, click your cursor until it changes to the Drag
cursor. Drag and drop the file to the Print button on the Action
Bar.
The Print dialog box opens, enabling you to select your print
options.
To print a range of pages using the drag and drop method:
If you need to change your Printer Setup, do it now.
Select the thumbnails of the pages you would like to print.
Drag and drop the selected thumbnails to the Print button on the
Action Bar.
The Print dialog box opens, enabling you to select your print
options.
You can use Viewer’s Print Preview capability to see how your file
will look when printed.
