Viewing documents
Previewing a file before it is printed, faxed or e-mailed
You may preview the way your document will look before actually
printing, faxing or e-mailing the file. The Print Preview feature
enables you to make last minute changes before printing or sending
the file.
To preview a document before printing or sending:
From the File menu, choose Print Preview or click on the Print
Preview
button on the toolbar.
To view the next page of the file, choose the Next Page
pushbutton.
To view the previous page of the file, select the Prev Page
pushbutton.
To view two pages at a time, select the Two Pages pushbutton.
The Two Pages pushbutton will be renamed One Page. To
return to a single display mode, select the One Page pushbutton.
To see the pages in greater detail:
Choose the Zoom In pushbutton. The page will be shown in
greater detail with the top of the page at the top of the
screen. Selecting Zoom In again will provide additional
magnification.
To return to less detailed view, select the Zoom Out
pushbutton.
To see a specific area of the page in greater detail:
Position the cursor over the area where you want to zoom
in.
The cursor will change into the Zoom cursor.
Click the mouse button.
To return to less detailed view, select the Zoom Out
pushbutton.
To display the entire page(s), choose the Zoom Out
