Viewing documents
your file. Refer to your Windows documentation or Help files to learn
more about the Windows Find feature.
Editing Images
Viewer allows the user to move and delete pages, or to copy a
defined area of the current page to the Windows Clipboard. The
following options are accessed under the Edit menu .
Undo
Selecting Undo from the Edit menu reverses the changes that you
make in an image. The name of the command depends on the most
recent action - for example Undo Cut or Undo Paste. You can not
Undo an Undo.
Cutting and Copying Images
Portions of the displayed image, or the entire image, can be cut or
copied to the Windows Clipboard using the Area Selection Tool
accessed from the Annotations toolbar or from the Tools menu.
This information can then be pasted into any image in the Viewer or
any other Windows application that accepts a bitmap format. Only
rectangular images can be placed on the Windows Clipboard.
The Windows Clipboard retains the most recently Cut or Copied
image. Each subsequent cut or copy from any Windows application
replaces the contents of the Clipboard.
To cut or copy a portion of a displayed image to the Clipboard:
Click the Area Selection tool
to define the area to be
cut or copied to the Clipboard.
Position the cursor at one corner of the area to be cut or
copied.
Hold down the mouse button and drag the cursor until the
flexible box encloses the area.
Release the mouse button.
