Scale
In the Scale field, select the percentage that you want to scale
the image that is displayed in the active window. You may select
a value between 25% and 200%. Dragging the button on the
Scale meter will automatically change the percentage.
Select OK to close the dialog box and scale the image.
Select Cancel to close the dialog box without scaling the image.
To quickly display the Scale dialog box, click the Scale
button on
the Standard Toolbar.
Inverting images
Select Invert Image from the Edit menu to reverse the colours of the
currently displayed image. This will create a negative image of the
original. A black and white image will look like a photo negative.
Colour images will appear as a colour negative of the original.
Inserting new pages
Select Insert New Page from the Edit menu to insert a new blank
page in front of the currently displayed image. You may also specify
the size, image type and resolution of the new blank page.
The following options are available in the Insert New Page dialog
box:
In the Units group, specify the length and width of the image.
You can select inches, millimeters or pixels. The units of mea-
surement that you choose will also be used to display the image
size in the Status Bar.
Inches - Unit of measure for width and length defined as
inches.
Millimeters - Unit of measure for width and length defined
as millimeters.
Pixels - Unit of measure for width and length defined as
pixels (dots).
