Annotating documents

background of the text annotation block transparent. (Not
available in Typewriter mode).

Border - Select this option to have a black border drawn
around the text block. (Not available in Typewriter mode).

Sample

Shows a sample of your selections before they are applied to
your annotations.

Text Colour

Select one of the predefined colours that you want for your
text.(Not available in Typewriter mode.)

Background Colour

Select one of the predefined colours that you want for the
background of your text annotation. (Not available in
Typewriter mode.)

OK

Closes the dialog box, saving the changes.

Cancel

Closes the dialog box, without changing the text characteris-
tics.

Select the text annotation characteristic settings that you want to
change for the entry. The settings will apply only to the selected
annotation.

Select OK.

Resizing and Moving Annotations

You may resize or move any of your annotations. Follow the steps
outlined below to do so.

To set the size of your annotation block:

Position the cursor at one corner of the annotation block where
you want to enter text.

Hold down the left mouse button and drag the cursor until the
