Annotating documents
flexible box encloses the area where you want to enter text.
Release the mouse button.
Type in the text you want. Press the ENTER key to start a new
line.
To change the size of annotation:
Select the Pointer tool or the specific annotation tool from
the Annotations toolbar.
Position the cursor on the corner or side of the annotation
block.
Depress the left mouse button and when the cursor changes
to a double sided arrow, drag the cursor until the flexible box
is resized the way you want it to appear.
Release the mouse button.
To move the annotation:
Position the cursor inside the annotation.
Hold down the CTRL key, depress the left mouse button
and drag the annotation to the new location.
Release the mouse button.
Default properties for text annotations
You may change the default properties for a specific type of text
annotation that applies to all future annotations of the same type, i.e.
Sticky Notes, Typewriter and Forms Layout. To change the
default properties, follow the steps outlined below:
From the View menu, select Properties.
Click on the Default Annotation Settings tab. Select the radio
button for the appropriate text annotation and select the View
Settings... pushbutton. Or, using the right mouse button, click
the appropriate annotation icon on the Annotations Toolbar.
