Annotating documents
Press the TAB key to advance your cursor to the next field.
(Note: Pressing the TAB key, while in the last field of the
page, positions the cursor to the first field of the current
page. Press the SHIFT TAB key to position your cursor to
the previous field.)
Repeat the above steps until you have completed the form.
Keyboard combinations
Standard Windows keyboard combinations can be used to change or
copy the contents of a text annotation entry to and from the Win-
dows Clipboard. This will enable you to take information from other
applications such as a word processor and include it in a text annota-
tion entry. It will also enable you to incorporate information contained
in one text annotation entry and include it in another application or in
another entry.
To
Press
Copy the highlighted contents CTRL+C or
of a text annotation entry to the CTRL+INSERT
Windows Clipboard.
Cut the highlighted contents CTRL+X or
of a text annotation entry to the SHIFT+DELETE
Windows Clipboard.
Paste the contents of the CTRL+V or
Windows Clipboard into an SHIFT+INSERT
active text annotation entry.
Delete the highlighted contents DELETE
of a Sticky Note entry.
Undo the last editing change. CTRL +Z
