Annotating documents
(Note: If you make a mistake, you may select the Undo
command from the Edit menu. You may Undo the Delete All
Annotations command until the image file is saved. Once the
file is saved, all annotations are permanently deleted.)
Overlapping Annotations
You may have several annotations that overlap one another. In order
to edit an annotation that is behind another annotation, you must first
bring that annotation to the foreground.
To bring an annotation to the foreground:
Using the Pointer tool, select the annotation.
From the Edit menu, click Selected Annotation and select
Bring To Front from the pop-up menu. Your selected annota-
tion should now be in front of any other annotations. You may
also click your right mouse button and select the Bring To Front
command from the pop-up menu.
To send an annotation to the background:
Using the Pointer tool, select the annotation.
From the Edit menu, click Selected Annotation and select Send
To Back from the pop-up menu. Your selected annotation
should now be in back of any other annotations. You may also
click your right mouse button and select the Send To Back
command from the pop-up menu.
