Setting the default printer
Set the Sharp Colour MFP as the default printer so that it is
automatically selected when you select the Print command in an
application.
Note:
If you have just installed the Sharp Multifunction Software,
the Sharp Colour MFP is already set as the default printer.
1.
From the Start menu, click Settings.
2.
Click Printers. The Printers dialog box appears.
3.
Click the Colour MFP printer icon once to select it.
4.
From the File menu, click Set As Default.
Running Printer Manager as an icon
1.
From Printer Manager, click the Options tab.
2.
Make sure Run Minimized is checked.

When you send a job to print, Printer Manager will open as an
icon instead of a window.
Canceling a print job
1.
From Printer Manager, click the Status tab.
2.
Click the Cancel Print button.
