Fixed Dialling No.
This option is available on most SIM cards of GSM
mobile phones. It allows you to configure a SIM card so
that it can only be used to make calls to the numbers of
a predefined list.

Enter your PIN2 code, then press [OK].
Pin2 is a second PIN code used to unlock certain
features of a SIM card, such as Fixed Dialling. Not
all SIM cards use the PIN2 code.
