- Point 1 is the point of intersection of the two lines. Relative to the line between points 1 and 2, the line
between points 1 and 3 will be said to be at a positive angle if the angle is measured in a
counterclockwise direction, and it will be at a negative angle if it is measured in a clockwise direction.
- When a 2-point horizontal angle is specified,
relative to the horizontal line, the line from
point 2 that intersects point 1 will be said to
at a positive angle if the angle is measured
in a counterclockwise direction and at a
negative angle if it is measured in a
clockwise direction.
- When a 2-point vertical angle is specified,
relative to the vertical line, the line from point 2
that intersects point 1 will be said to at a
positive angle if the angle is measured in a
counterclockwise direction and at a negative
angle if it is measured in a clockwise direction.
