RANDOM OR REPEAT PLAYBACK (pages 26 - 27)
Press the MODE button on the remote control re-
peatedly to select the playback mode during play-
back.
No display
After all tracks are played back at random,
playback stops automatically.
(You cannot select the playback order.)
Random play is repeated.
All tracks are played back repeatedly in
order.
The selected track is played back repea-
tedly.
All tracks registered as "favorite tracks"
are played in order and playback stops.
All favorite tracks are played back repea-
tedly.
Playback stops after all tracks are played
in order.

, are displayed only when the favorite
tracks are registered on MiniDisc.
FAVORITE TRACK PLAYBACK (pages 28 - 29)
You can register up to 10 tracks per MiniDisc as
“favorite tracks” which remain in memory even after
removing the MiniDisc (up to 10 discs).
You can also register a playback-only MiniDisc.
To register favorite tracks:
While a desired track is played back, hold down the
button on the remote control for 2 seconds or
more. The track will be registered as your favorite.
To play the registered track:
[When a favorite registered MD is inserted]
When you remove and reinsert the MD, the unit en-
ters the “MY” or “MY
” mode and then only the fa-
vorite tracks will be played back.
The unit will enter the favorite track repeat play-
back mode if it was in the repeat playback mode
before reinserting the MD.
[To switch to the favorite track playback mode]
During playback, press the MODE button on the
remote control until “MY” or “MY
” is displayed.
To cancel each of the registered tracks:
While a favorite track is played back, hold down
the
button on the remote control for 2 sec-
onds or more.
3. Press the
button when you reach the track
you wish to listen to. Normal playback will re-
sume.
Note:
Intro play cannot be operated with the
button on
the main unit.
