About dust
Precautions for Dust
Fundamentally, LCD monitor is designed for indoor usage.
When it is being used outdoor, or at dusty places, such as
railway station or close to the traffic, the solutions against dust
must be considered.
If the anti-dust solutions are not being considered -->
The dust will enter into the LCD panel through the gaps and
will cause the distorted image (see example below), and will
break down in the end.
In general, a fan causes dust to enter inside, which
eventually will cause the unit to breakdown. This monitor,
however, reduces dust to entering inside by allowing air
to flow through a duct. This remedies the disadvantages
of fan operation (such as clogging of dust in the display)
