Auto Bake Recipe
[ M ethod ]
1. M ix butter and sugar thoroughly until light and fluffy.
2. Add in beaten eggs and stir w ell.
3. Fold in self raising flow er, baking pow der and m ilk.
4. Pour into a 22cm round m etal baking tin lined w ith w ax
paper.
Place on low rack and bake.
Plain Cake
[ M ethod ]
1. Peel off apple skins and discard apple cores. Cut the
apples into cubes of 3

4cm .
2. M ix w ith other filling ingredients in casserole. Cover and
cook at m icrow ave 100% (HIGH) for 8 m inutes or until
apple is tender.
3. After cooking, stir and let stand until it cools off.
Apple Pie
[ M ethod ]
1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg
and vanilla essence.
2. M ix in sifted flour, then m ix in chocolate chips and
w alnut pieces.
3. Shape 13 each tablespoonfuls of m ixture into balls.
Place directly on turntable lined w ith greased foil paper;
press each dow n slightly w ith around 4cm in diam eter.
Allow room for spreading, then bake.
4. After baking, rem ove cookies from the oven im m ediately
and let cool.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
[ Ingredients ]

[ Ingredients ]

[ Pastry ]
1. Sift flour and m ix w ith sugar. Rub in butter until m ixture
resem bles fine breadcrum bs. Add in cold w ater sparingly
to form a soft dough.
2. Wrap w ith greaseproof paper and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Roll out 2/3 of pastry on a 22cm bottom , 3cm high m etal
pie plate brushed w ith oil.
4. Spoon prepared filling into pastry case.
5. Roll out rem aining pastry and cut into strips. Use pastry
strips as braids and cover the top of pie.
Press edges of pastry together; trim .
6. Brush egg w hite on pastry (pie top and edges). Place on
turntable and bake.
7. After baking, serve w ith cream or ice cream w hen the pie
cools off.
