Move the tray in the direction A and secure it with the two mount-
ing screws. Make sure that it is centered properly.

8. Original lead edge position adjustment.
•
The original lead edge position for RADF can be determined using
the test command 53.
•
For it had been factory set that the lead edge should stop on the
location 8, but it may be needed to make adjustment. It can be
adjusted within a range of 8mm (8 steps) at the stopper side and
7mm (7 steps) at the glass side. Adjustment can be done for each
mode of single sided, double sided, and light weight paper.

Setup example
(1)
If the lead edge of the original was still not to the stopper, enter
an optimum value.
(2)
If the image at the lead edge of the original were to deform,
enter an optimum value to move to the glass side.
(3)
If the original were to override the stopper, enter an optimum
value to move it to the glass side.
