Battery Section Insulation Sheet attachment
(1) Clean and remove oil with IPA from the attachment section of
the Battery Section Insulation Sheet of the PWB.
(2) Separate the Separation Sheet (small) of the Battery Section
Insulation Sheet.
(3) Attach the Battery Section Insulation Sheet to the reference line
on the PWB.
(4) Separate the Separation Sheet (large) and attach the other
side.
(5) Press to ensure attachment of the Battery Section Insulation
Sheet.
d.
Stereo Headphone Jack soldering
Insert the positioning ribs (x 2) on the back of the Stereo Head-
phone Jack into the PWB positioning holes.
Then solder the Stereo Headphone Jack pins (x 6).
e. AC Adapter Jack soldering
Insert the positioning ribs (x 2) and pins (x 3) on the back of the AC
Adapter Jack into the PWB positioning holes.
Then solder the AC Adapter Jack pins (x 3) from the back of the
PWB.
f.
Contact Spring Unit (x 2) soldering
Insert the positioning ribs (x 2) on the back of the Contact Spring
Unit into the PWB positioning holes. After insertion, solder the Con-
tact Spring Unit Pins (x 4).
g. 16pin Connector Coverage Solder
Perform coverage soldering to the left and right Hold Down sections
(4 positions) of the 16Pin connector.
Note: (1) Do not extend out of the reference line.
(2) Must be free from wrinkles, folds, and projections by
pinching foreign materials.
(3) Must be free from dirt and fingerprints. If there is,
remove completely.
Note:
If the Stereo Headphone Jack is lifted up, it would make
contact with the Lower Cabinet, causing improper engage-

The battery section insulation sheet must be along this pattern
Note: (1) If the AC Adapter Jack is lifted up, it would make con-
tact with the Lower Cabinet, causing improper engage-
ment of the cabinet. Be sure to make close contact of
the AC Adapter Jack.
(2) If pins should be shorted, heat or smoke would be gen-
erated. Use great care not to short the solders.
Note: (1) If the Contact Spring Unit is lifted up, it would make
contact with the Lower Cabinet, causing improper
engagement of the cabinet. Be sure to make close
contact of the unit and the PWB.
(2) Be careful not to allow adhesion of solder to the con-
tact spring or deform of the spring, or the Slide Cover
Contact may be improperly connected. (Do not use a
part with adhesion of solder or deformed part.)
Note: (1) Soldering conditions: 350 degrees, within 3sec
