Shinola Detroit strives to improve the per formance of our products,
and therefore reser ves the right to make changes to our design/
specifications/materials at any time without notification. Shinola Detroit
may, at its discretion, choose to replace the Shinola Detroit Product
completely with a new or remanufactured product . In the event of product
obsolescence, a suitable replacement will be chosen based upon the
features, the intended use (as determined by Shinola Detroit) and the
retail price of the original Shinola Detroit Product .
P R O D U C T :
All warrant y replacements are guaranteed for 90 days or until the
conclusion of the Warrant y Period of the original Shinola Detroit Product ,
whichever period is greater. Shinola Detroit does not provide advance
replacements for Shinola Detroit Products.
D E T E R M I N I N G A U T H O R I T Y :
Shinola Detroit will be the final determining authorit y for all potential
warrant y claims for ser vice and/or replacement .
